A quiet day of mixed weather, sunshine (a bit) and rain (lots). R spent all morning doing Capture work while M sorted and lined the drawers under the dinette, something she has been meaning to do for ages. We took advantage of a lull in the driving rain to walk up to the K&A Trust Tea Room next to the lock.
On the way, we passed the nb "Warneford VC," which belongs to the RNAS at Yeovilton and is used by serving RNAS personnel for R&R after overseas duty such as Afghanistan. R.A.J. Warneford was awarded the VC for downing a German Airship on 7th July, 1915. He was killed just 10 days later.

Finally, we listened to the Bach B Minor Mass from the Proms on Radio 3. A bit like the "Curate's Egg" - parts of it were excellent!
Just 2.1 hours today charging the batteries.
